I confirmed the appointment with Scott, who was excellent. The appointment was for 8 a.m., and he rang my doorbell precisely then. Not only that, but he had been outside observing and evaluating the birds coming in and out of my town home and my neighbors' town homes. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He quoted and charged me a fair price, but it's also important to note that he managed my expectations prior to coordinating the follow through with the technician, Rob. Rob called me later that day (they told me I didn't have to be there as they would extract the nesting from the outside of the house) Rob, the technician called me and gave me his evaluation of the situation, and even texted me photos of the nests. More importantly, he made sure I was comfortable with him proceeding based on his feedback, which I was. He removed multiple nests from my vent and placed a "bird guard" over the entry point. It was a fair price, both Scott and Rob were tremendously professional, and they did good work. Would definitely recommend and use APM again.

I would tell people to get more than one cost estimate....I only hired this company because they were the only one on the list but I feel the inspector was more of a salesman than an inspector....we could have fixed my problem sooner but he insisted that I wait a week so I could pay for 5 days' effort to trap the animal. At the time of inspector, the animal wasn't in the attic and it would have been a good time to fix the entry; I suggested it but he insisted I wait … it finally got done but was not efficient and cost more than was necessary

Travis was very helpful and educated us on pest control. I would definitely recommend. True professionals.

Due to weather issues, I did not actually hire them. They did come out for an inspection and free quote. A plan of action has been stated, but I can't do anything until I can start the plan that was proposed.
