Advanced Piering & Foundation Repair

Contractor was honest and went above an d beyond what he said he would do and I would highly recommend.

I was sold on this company by: (1) the fact that Dave/Advanced Piering came up with what is apparently a sensible solution to the REAL underlying problem (water drainage) and he wasn���t there primarily just to sell pier installation; (2) one guy representing one of Dave���s competing bidders didn���t want to get his hands/shoes dirty; (3) a couple of other guys stated they could not repair the biggest problem (a cracked foundation footing) yet one of those guys actually did bid to lift & pier the room AFTER the footing issue was resolved by someone else; (4) Dave���s Bid provided an a overview, projected bid cost, fairly detailed scope of work, timeline, and assumptions/limitations. What I received as ���bids��� or ���proposals��� from the other firms was a joke by comparison - from a job info perspective. Also, I needed some other concrete work to be done, which I hadn���t mentioned online and Dave was the only responding bidder who had the industry experience/capability, to handle all our needs at a reasonable cost.

They worked me in to their schedule so we could make the closing date. Very good to work with and did a great job.

Dave was the only Piering Company that took the time to investigate what was happening to my home. Other companies said I needed piers, but I did not have any cracks in my foundation. Advanced Piering rebuilt my Sub-wall that had been damaged by termites. My floor is level again and my home is structurally sound. Beware of the companies who only want to sell piers. If I listened to them, I would have wasted almost $20,000 dollars and would still have needed to have my Sub-wall rebuilt. I highly recommend Advanced Piering.

We are incredibly pleased with all of the work that Dave and his crew from Advanced Piering & Foundation Repair did for us. From the moment Dave came to give us an estimate to the last day they were on the job was a good experience. He is very knowledgable & gave a reasonable estimate for extensive work that needed to be done. They were able to start the job quickly & took them just a week to complete. They stayed in budget even when lots of extra little jobs were added. They were a blessing to work with. Forman Jamie & Tucker worked long hard hours to get the job done. I would hire the again.

Dave answered his phone, and came the same day. He assured us that the foundation crack we discovered was cosmetic only, but recommended adding dirt around the foundation to create slope away from the foundation. We hired him to do that. He came within 48 hours, did more than we expected, and his guys were here all day. They not only completed their work (plus some), but re-seeded, added fertilizer, and added straw. I can't say enough good things about the honesty and integrity of this company. I asked for and received his cards, and will share them with anyone and everyone. Thanks, Dave!

This company was professional yet friendly. They were on time returned my phone calls and completed the work on schedule. Much to my surprise they seeded and put hay down after the dirt work was completed.

Everyone worked very hard to complete our foundation repair. They went above and beyond what we expected.
