Every once in a while, you come across a company you believe to be a true (we care about our costumer's type of company. They don't exist anymore. came out to cap a line for us that was leaking. Then had to come back because it came loose, claimed it was our fault for walking on the floor. 2 service calls plus the job sitting at approx: 300.00 for all of 1 hour worth of work. I had recommended them to my mother for their plumbing needs. Not happy with work had to have someone else fix the problem they left. Both of us are still waiting on copies of our receipts. So much for finding a company that you can be comfortable recommending.

Plain and simple they did not fix my problem. Charge me $200 for absolutely nothing. I honestly feel like I should get my money back! They told me my septic tank was full. When the septic tank guy came out my septic tank was not full. And he did the plumbers job! I would like a full refund for my money!

The gentleman was very informative of the problem to fix. He was very nice. He did a professional job. Cleaned up and made the area as if it was back to normal. Would recommend him. Already have to our neighbors.

I am glad to say very nice & professional, wk'd w/my scheduel. I was so pleased to have someone who didn't try to take advantage of me. I have a plumber that is kind & trustworthy. Will def pass them on to others.

Rich came out to clear a blockage with a snake. He also looked at the septic tank and it looked good. He checked to make sure that the blockage was gone. He installed a new water heater because it was broken. He took a water sample before he left. He did a great job!

This was a complete house re-plumb due to leaks in slab pluming. This contractor did everything that was agreed to and did it on time. It was all completed when I was 1500 miles away. He also was able to make my 92 year old mother vary happy with the work they did in the house. Thank You, there are still some good guys!

I called James the owner Friday morning. He had a man out that afternoon. Even in the rain the serviceman stayed and exhausted all possibilities he explained the pump itself had to be replaced. I deal with electronics on a smaller scale the I agreed the pump was seized. I got an estimate Monday morning for the replacement. The estimate was fair and somewhat less than others so I hired Advanced. James the owner told me he would try to squeeze us in on Tuesday and he did. By 4 pm the pump was replaced and all is working properly. Thank you Advanced.
