Chris and Mason were great helping me with my needs and doing everything on my list! Grateful for their help and being able to come at the same time.

The technician came to check out my sprinkler and ended up putting in a water softener and trying to fix a dripping faucet.

I had an excellent experience with Advanced Home Services when they relocated my external AC condenser unit about 20 feet from its original location. From the initial consultation and discussion of how to approach the relocation, to the cost estimate, financing, and completion of the work, the entire process was smooth and professional. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. They took the time to explain each step of the process and did an excellent job. I especially appreciated how thoughtful they were about minimizing wall damage, so I wouldn’t have to do additional repairs or rebuilding after the work was completed. I’m very happy with the quality of the service and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Was called to fix water leak in main line of sprinkler system and all they did was change some sprinkler heads. Charged me a a thousand dollars to change a few sprinkler heads and never fixed the water leak. Will never recommend them to anyone or use their services again.

Plumber was professional, completed the work and had a great sense of humor. I would cerftainly call again for plumbling needs. The biggest complaint I see is the cost of plumbing services. While the cost did sting a bit, it is a sign of the times in which we live. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I would recommend Advanced without reservation.

They did a good job but they are extremely overpriced. They charged $695 to replace just the inside mixer valve for a shower. It took the tech 15 min to replace a $30 part.

Your man that you sent out is a very good kid. He worked hard somebody I would hire, but I would train him however, heâ s only been back a year from his mission. Heâ s not trained to do everything in the sprinkler business. Do you overcharge me so much that I can hardly stand it I had to show and pretty much work to do, it wasnâ t his fault I want to know who trained him I need to have him call me. I have a question on some thing he did.

Very expensive, got canceled on one appointment and pushed until the next week. Was happy when they came a a day early from the rescheduled appointment due to a cancellation. The people are all professional and received good service. It did cost way more than I think it should have, but I was desperate. So just happy for it to be done.

Fast and friendly service

Christian was great. He made the whole process comfortable and he was very nice. We felt that he tried to help us find the best possible solution for us and was not pushy about wanting us to have more than we felt comfortable with. The whole process was great and we will call on Advanced again and again. It's nice to find a company that does not seem to want to take advantage of people.
