Prior to our Tech's arrival and beginning the service, our office spoke to you directly and provided a price quote for the cost of the emergency visit/services being provided. Our company offers a quote matching program in the event a Client wishes to compare prices. We would have been happy to discuss the price if that was a concern prior to our arrival however we were not made aware of this until now. We are a small local company who pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our Clients along with meeting their expectations. We have some of the best techs in the industry as this is something extremely important to us and they are hand-picked by our Lead Technician. Due to the nature of the service needed at your location (notated as an emergency) we made the executive decision to remove a Technician from a location being worked on to arrive at you earlier than scheduled.
