"Tom, I provided you with an estimate for the work; I know you contact other contractors to get other estimates; yet you still hired me. I am not sure how you now state that my rate is pricey as I am assuming that my price was lower than other contractors. My company is a Licensed General Contractor, I personally have certificates for Mold Remediation and Mold Testing.
