I called several companies as I needed immediate help for a flooded basement. Advanced was the only company that had a live person answer the phone, They responded within 2 hours and began the clean up process.I heard back from the other well known restoration companies one the NEXT day and another 2 days later. Although the bill was a whopper, all and all I would use this company again.

Advanced Restoration came out IMMEDIATELY when my family and I returned from a weekend trip to a flooded living room, dining room, and kitchen. Even though it was a late Sunday night, Ran and Denise contacted me, and have been taking care of me every since! Their team is professional, safe (PPE and social distancing due to COVID), their work is very thorough and they were respectful of property. I am told by my association that Advanced is pricier than other cleanup companies theyâ ve hired â still, I wanted the best and Advanced is First-Class. Advanced works directly with my insurance companies and my HOA, and negotiated the best $ possible. In addition, Rocky, Carlos, Justin, Jason and team have been phenomenal throughout this tough process. I am glad that I found Advanced through Google Top Rated Water Mitigation / Mediation and Restoration. When my basement was damaged, ARS was prompt and worked quickly to restore my basement. The owner and his team are focused on your needs and is willing to support you. He is personally involved to ensure everything is done correctly and are satisfied. I would highly recommend them and appreciate the outstanding job they did. I highly recommend this company. I had major water damage and from day 1 this company took care of everything and were upfront and transparent about the work which helped me make better decisions in a stressful time. The office manager was easily accessible and available to answer all my questions. The owner is a man of is word and took care of all the issues that came up from taking care of the work to managing payments issues with the insurance. Good work ethics and good people !

We had a home flood in a house we had just moved into. It happened during a weekend we were out of town. Pretty devastating. Called Ron @ Advanced Restoration Solutions early on a Saturday morning--he responded immediately and he and his team were at the home before we were. Ron has been a constant presence for the 5 weeks that it took to get the house back to pre-flood. Though I am sure he has many clients, he made us feel like we were his ONLY client--for all the weeks it took to take care of every detail. That may seem like a long time--but it included water mitigation (that alone took days of drying time), demolition of 100+year old plaster walls/ceilings, re-build of all walls, re-build of some trim, painting of walls and baseboards, re-staining of watermarked wood, basement water mitigation/cleaning/water-proof paint, debris hauling, and clean-up. The house is in better shape than pre-flood--and Ron's responsiveness and organized manner of orchestrating the contractor teams made the process painless. It was devastating not to have a settled home for so long, but we we are beyond thrilled with the results--and most important, the impeccable service.

Fast Service, Quality Affordable work During a period of 2-3 days of extremely heavy rain we had about an inch of water leak into our finished basement. We did a google search and found Advanced Resoration Services, They came the next day, removed the standing water, the wet carpeting, and brought in drying fans to dryout the basement. After everything was dry, they located the source of the leak and remedied the problem, replaced the water damaged trim, and made arrangements for the carpeting to be replaced. They also helped with insurance paperwork to ensure we got the full amount we were entitled to. VERY Pleased with the results

My experience with Advanced Restoration Solutions was great. Due to a recent tropical storm the demand for water restoration services in the area were high & most other companies were booked. Advanced Restoration was just as busy but still managed to dispatch technicians the same day and began work immediately. The Operations Manager, Project Coordinators and technicians all provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them for restoration services & use them again.

I loved everything about this company. Everyone with whom I spoke was knowledgeable, helpful, fast-acting, and NICE! From customer service reps to schedulers to the guys doing the work, across the board, this is the company I have trusted the most with anything household related.

Let me just start with a stern warning to all: DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE! We had a flood caused by a backed up sewer line overflowing my ground floor toilet. 2 ?technicians? showed up after midnight in some janky car - not a company vehicle or even a work truck, dressed in t-shirts and baggy shorts. They didn?t look more then 20 years old. They said they would be our contractors and get my house ?better then before? (spoiler alert, they did not). They began to tare up all the wet carpet and wanted to work all night despite people needing to sleep in the home. The next day, 2 new people came to my house and started ripping up more of my house, more then I thought necessary. They said that the water had got underneath my hardwood floor by about 2 feet, and so they had to rip up ALL of my flooring that extended into my dining room (which was untouched). During this process, another one of their teen workers managed to slice open his finger (he never had work gloves on) and got blood all over the floors and walls of my house. He left via uber and his partner continued to tare up the rest of my floor. The 3rd day another new person arrived at my house via uber and had no idea what he was doing. He told me he was instructed to cut up the drywall. He began to trench cut my entire front hallway, even where no water had come close to. I asked if he knew what he was doing and that made him angry, so he left the job. A few hours later a 4th new person came and ?completed? the job. They left trash all over my basement, asked me to use my own good tools, they needed to use my buckets..... well you get the picture. This is a completely untrustworthy company and once they came back to take their drying fans, I never heard from them again. The whole experience was legit traumatizing as this all happened 3 days after we moved into the house. They call them self a ?restoration? company and they are anything but that. I should of call servepro. I know there may be a mix of good and bad reviews here, but trust me, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I?d be willing to go under oath in court and testify that these clowns are the worst. They are a homeowners living nightmare.

The gentleman servicing our home gave a very thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. He took care of the job quickly and thoroughly.

They did an excellent job. Eventhough the job was more than we were originally quoted, this was because there was more mold uncovered after the job had commenced. However, they were fair and honest; they accommodated us with good price for the extensive job. They also worked efficiently to get the job done properly. I would definitely recommend them.

Advanced was able to come out to our house within hours for an after hours call. The technician and customer service were both polite, prompt, and professional. They were patient when we were filing our insurance claim and worked with us on financing when our claim was rejected.
