During the heavy rains our roof leaked, and Eric was kind enough to get a crew out to patch our roof before the next storm. He has done this twice since January, and we are hiring him to replace the roof as soon as he has an opening. He is thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and prompt. His workers were great, respectful of the property, worked efficiently, and cleaned up when they were done. UPDATE: Eric and his crew did an amazing job completing the retiling of our 37 year old roof. His crews were great, and cleaned up each day. The relaying of the solar panels was done professionally, and we would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Eric!

I really like Erik Havens and Advanced Roofleak solutions, the workers are friendly and efficient. But I like Erik Havens the most, for his professional skills, competitive price and flexible schedules. All those counts, especially for seniors, have doctor's appointments etc. I already refer my friend from church to use this company and contact Erik for any need.

Very good company to work with.

A significant measure of a company lies in servicing follow-up (warranty) issues and to that I can say that Advanced Roofleak Solutions came through and resolved a leak issue likely due to installer workmanship before an unusually large storm event was to hit the area. That was good on multiple fronts (pun intended). However I must say that when I first contacted the company on the issue I was told someone would contact me regarding a visit later that week. Well no contact happened and I spent the next months calling, writing, texting, all without any response, until many months later and not long after the storm was announced but before it arrived, I called and the phone was answered. They said they were in the area and would stop by in a few minutes and did just that. After the visit they answered the phone on my next call and told me they didn't see anything but were going to reinforce some flashing around a vent to see if that would resolve it. There was at least one other visit and after that I reached out and was told the work was complete, but still no real issue was identified. The good news, no leaks since, though i am just getting to repairing the ceilings and walls where the water intrusion occurred. Redeemed? Perhaps, perhaps not, time will tell, but that they hustled before the event was a good thing and ultimately delivered against their warranty. A cautious thumbs -up

Quick and courteous communications- Provided same day on site visual inspection and written estimate for repair. Repairs started within the week and finished same day. Lots of photos for insurance claim. Highly recommended.
