Very professional, yet personal, very knowledgeable, competent! Sean came out to look at my septic problem. He identified it right away, and offered a solution, at what I considered was a reasonable price. His experience and knowledge was quite evident. After I accepted the quote, he came back with a reasonable date to do the job. Samuel and Jayden came out early on the day they said. They both were very friendly, and answered all questions I had. The job was completed in less time that I thought it would take. They showed me what they did, and explained why. Not long after they left, Sean called me up to confirm the work and that I was satisfied. Great company, easy to get a hold of and work with, Brain is very personable. we set a time to meet and he was there. answered all my questions, looked at what we were dealing with, provided me with a quick and fair quote to do the work. as soon as I gave them the go ahead they put me into the schedule, showed up when they said and followed the time line that they provided. they did a great job I couldn't be more happy with the service and workmanship they provided. They did all the work for the quoted price, there wasn't any surprise charges or unexpected stuff, they told me exactly what they would do, and they did it. I would recommend them to anyone. And if the need arises I will call on them again.

Brian, the owner of the company, is as fair as they get. I knew him when he worked for another company and he quit there to start this company because the previous kept trying to get him to upsell services the client didn't need at prices that were (in Brian's words) obscene. What we had done was a new water line and sewer line installed. They were very polite, prompt, and professional. Everything works as it should and I recommend him every chance I get.

Super fast response time! Returned my call immediately and came out withing the next two hours even though the power was out in my neighborhood. He gave me the honest answer as to why I had water coming through the light fixture in my ceiling and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend Brian. You won't find better customer service.

This was the FOURTH company I worked with to clear my sewer main line (which was damaged from some idiot planting a maple on top of it). Brian was by far the nicest, most custom-service-oriented of the bunch. He went above and beyond, coming out twice (my husband and I work different schedules and we had different questions for him). Other companies pressured us and refused to augur the line, insisting it had to be replaced (at a cost of $7,000+ plus tearing up our yard and probably killing our other trees and shrubs). Brian was willing to augur it and scope it, then gave us his honest opinion. AND he quoted us over 1K less for a less-destructive procedure to repair the damage than the other companies. He showed up on time, he didn't talk down to me (you'd be amazed how many male contractors do this to me, thinking that as a woman I both know nothing about construction and know nothing about cost vs. value). I would (and will) hire Brian again for all plumbing jobs- and I recommend the same to everyone.
