Rob, came out and found my problem right away, I called thermo spa company and ordered the parts, i called Rob and he came out the next day and installed them, he does great work and he's on time, i'm very satisfied..

I originally hired Rob to work on a Spa problem and felt very good about his trouble shooting and diagnostics for a fair wage. Asked if he felt comfortable working on a bigger job, a pool pump (1960s) needing replacing , and new timer. He did a super job on a Saturday and we are back with clear water and a pump that runs much more efficiently and quieter. Would definitely use Rob again, great professional!

We knew we had a minor leak but not sure where it was. He took the time to check out everything and make sure it was working properly before he left. If we need anything else in the future, we will call him for sure!!

Action Spa Repair was very responsive at setting up the appointment. Tim did the repair. It was quick and very reasonably priced. He also gave me good advice on repairing the enclosure skirt which is now in progress.

First of all, I had a lot of difficulty just finding a repairman. Rob showed up on time, diagnosed the problem lightning fast, had lots of experience with the type of equipment that was not working, he worked fast and did very high quality work. I am extremely satisfied with his service and I can't imagine anyone who would be better. I really think he is the best out there and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation
