Contracted them to clean 4 wool rugs. When the rugs were returned I had to asked them to open the rugs before payment to inspect. The rugs which are never walked on due to they are in show case rooms. The largest rug 11x11 was worn out more then ever and the back was falling apart. They said they washed it twice but the rug was not stained just need freshening up. And all the rugs had huge amounts out white dust coming out of it that they should have beat out before they brought it to me . And the manager does not have great customer service skills and caught a nasty attitude when asked about the worn condition. I have pictures of everything.

Did a great job removing excessive stains from previous tenants ..was able to get carpet cleaned from pet stains and odor as well..
