I did not hire them, had another contractor do the work but they were very prompt at calling and cull use them in the future.

The utter worst, this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. It was supposed to be a two week job staining our concrete floors. It turned into two months and one of the worst jobs ever. I had an excuse for everything. As far as the job, he sealed our dogs pet hair into the concrete finish. They would seep at times, but left the piles of rubbish for me the owner to pick up. He left his trash in for me to throw away, when it was agreed he would haul off. As far as the time line, he would say say he cant work because its raining( he was working inside). Then his trailer and equipment got stolen, yet he showed up with the same trailer and equipment two weeks later. Mind you, we were trying to live in the house while all this was going on. The house was going to be done in halves, so we could live in it and get the job done. It took two months. All of the cracks were supposed to be sealed, they were not. He never fill the holes where the tack strips for the carpet were, and in some areas they even left the nails in and painted the floor over them. They never used a dust containment, and I'm still washing items they never properly covered. As far as the finish, well the overspray is everywhere, I'm still repainting the walls and trim where they sprayed stain. The base boards were destroyed in there floor prep phase, I've spend the last few months replacing and painting base boards. He may have done a few jobs decent based on the reviews, but my experience was the worst.

From the moment I met Sam I knew he was of integrity and high character. When his workmen showed up they had the same discipline and work ethic that he obviously has. I can t recommend them highly enough!

Inconsistencies in color. Concrete overlay is uneven. One foot print visible in hallway. Damage to the bottom of the newly installed sheet rock. The crew was nice and they did try twice to correct several spots, but I had other contractors waiting on them to finish so I had to settle. Pics I was shown is nothing like the work promised.

Lost our home to Harvey. Moved and hired this company to put a epoxy garage floor down in our new home last October, 2017. On November 6, 2017 I sent pictures of where the epoxy was coming up off the floor. He had every EXCUSE in the book WHEN he did get back to me. Last contact was April 30th 2018. I count 28 text on my side and still nothing resolved after all the effort. He never gave a us an invoice or even the speck color so we could fix it ourselves when asked. This company does not stand behind it's product or service. This floor was not CHEAP either. Not only stress from HARVEY but from Sam at ADVANCED CONCRETE SOLUTIONS (281-704-7218) as well. BUYER BE AWARE!

Recently moved into a house where the den had 700sf of stained diamond pattern concrete. The entire floor was dull, scratched and in need of repair. Advance Concrete Solutions came by and let me know what could be done based on the type of concrete I had. This company knows what they’re doing and my floors came out looking spectacular. Very professional. I would recommend using the company if you have a similar issue.

Louis came out and told me what I needed and he said all I needed was to have it resealed and he gave me a fair price and when he was finished I was amazed at the way it turned out it was better than expected. Thanks

I was nervous about getting a concrete overlay instead of tile. So glad I did it. Advanced Concrete Solutions did a great job.

We had a bad experience with our contractor at the end of our flooring job. There was a haze over the entire surface of our newly installed marble floors and he wanted to seal right over it. I decided to contact home advisor to find a flooring company to give me their professional opinion. Sam called me immediately and we scheduled an appt right away. He said we had what was called grout haze on our marble but they could take care of this for me. They worked their magic and my floors are stunning!! The guys were very polite & professional and explained what they were doing every step of the way. The also restored the marble flooring in my guest bath like new. I would highly recommend this company!!!

They had some problems that made them late the second and third day, They left a foot print in the stain, but I may be able to fix that myself

Sam replied to the inquiry quickly. I was not ready to make a decision immediately but he re-contacted me after about a week and arranged to provide a quote. After explaining what I wanted done, he provided a quote that was very reasonable. We scheduled the job. Due mostly to weather delays, it took about two weeks longer than we originally hoped to perform the work, but it was worth the wait. I am very, very satisfied with the product recommended and with the final outcome of the job. His crew was very helpful and professional and went out of their way to make the job as easy as possible for my wife and me. The value was extraordinary! Very, very pleased with the work and will definitely ask for Sam's help when it is time to re-finish the deck again in a few years.

They did a concrete staining job for us. Overall, the quality and price are great. The floors look really good. The only issue is the project took much longer than expected, with work getting pushed back multiple times.

Competitive and knowledgeable. Had them re-stain and seal my stamped concrete drive.

The work was good and rrelatively fast, considering drying times. My only problem was that some of my watering drip lines at the patio were damaged and I had to have them repaired by my sprinkler guy. I did not discover it until after they left, so was not able to mention it to the workers.

They were very professional, courteous, and just plain nice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work

There were some scratches on the marble that were hard to see the first time they came out so they resanded both counters and resealed them

Garage floor is nicely done and looks great. The workers were very professional, pleasant and courteous. However, there was a stain on the concrete patio that was not removed before they applied the stain/sealer, it is visible.

The stone cleaned up and looked good. They sealed the stone and it dried with in a hour or two a plus. I was expecting more water pressure from the set up to clean the stone, as it is they have hot steam along with a vacuum. The kitchen has a DuPont Enhancer that a test was preformed but results were minimal. I think the work is over priced for the time that was put into the cleaning. The only other negative is one of the crew through toxic liquid onto my neighbors yard and killed a strip of his grass.
