Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, set up my TV make sure that I knew how to work all controls left of the TV up a few inches so I can install my sound bar. To add to the professionalism they wore masks although they are vaccinated. A true top-notch experience I highly recommend them.

Missed the mark the first time drilling, so I have 4 extra holes in my fireplace. Was told in the beginning that the tv was to be mounted about 6.5 to 7 feet up and waited til the end to tell me it was going to be more money for that.
