Because our system was very old Carl spent quite a bit of time trobleshooting to identify the problem. Since we were selling that home, he made every effort to keep the cost down while being thorough in his approach to provide the new home owners with a working system. We appreciated his professionalism and will be contacting him to service the security system in our new.

Set an appointment, then never showed up or even called...

Called ahead of time to ensure time worked for both of us. Completed the work with very professional results - the job took longer than expected, yet same service fee. A follow-up visit will be required due to the way the phone company wired the system and I will not be charged for the return visit. Very positive work.

Carl Zerunge was my service person he called me the day before and scheduled a 9 a.m. appointmment which he was there on time(most service companies give you a 4 hour wait time). Carl was very professional and courteous he's very knowledgealbe in his trade and diagnoised the problem immediately. I would recommend ATS and Carl to anyone that need service work done on their home security systems. ATS provides high quality service at very resaonable prices.. If needed in the future I will definetly call on ATS for my service repairs.

We called Service Magic b/c we were in a bind. It was the day after a holiday, our security system was in alarm mode and we could not turn it off (no code). Service Magic hooked us up with Carl. Carl came out that day while we couldn't find anyone else to come out. Carl was easy to work with, knowledgable, and very reasonable with his price. When he gave me his price, I felt compelled to argue that I should pay him more!!! (which he didn't take) Anyway, we have used him again to put an additional sounder at the backyard, so that we would know if anyone opened the door while we were enjoying the backyard. Again...very satisfied.

Very prompt response. Called on Saturday afternoon and came on Sunday. Very experienced, professional, and courteous. Most of all, he was very honest and rates are very reasonable. If you have any alarm issues, I would definitely give this guy a call. I normally do not take the time to do feedback, but the service and quality was excellent. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get our system working.

Carl called me immediately. We discussed the problems. He gave me good advice. I was able to diagnose where some of my wire problems were. He gave me alternate affordable solutions. He came and replaced my system board, connected wires Brinks had not been able to connect and offered affordable wireless solution where window contractors had cut wires that could not be replaced. His monitoring service also saves me $10/month. I was so impressed that I had Carl qoute on our office security system and communication wiring. He go the job and is installing it now!
