"I've very sorry first of all that this customer feels this way. .! I responded within the hour, scheduled with her fiance. Was there on time. The indoor unit was completely frozen. So I was asked to come back the next day on a Saturday at 1. I was there at 5 till. . He let me know he'd be a few late at 1. (Which was no biggie. .) I recharged their older system which is R22. Very expensive since they don't make it anymore. Since this job I've also received 3 emails in the middle of the night ( assuming due to get job.) But I have responded within the next hour or few each time. Had no idea she was unhappy. I thrive very hard to please."
