This is a small family business. One of the sons came to our house to do the initial inspection for what we thought were termites, but actually turned out to be an ant problem. Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We bought their one year treatment option, which is already showing results. We highly recommend this company.

I hired this company for Pest inspection for a home I was buying. Bryan came out to not only check for the standard termite inspection but informed me of how to keep pest out from certain locations in my home and left information about plans they offer. I was happy with the service.

"You gave us a lower then expected rating for quality. This is unfortunate considering we did everything you asked. Your reasoning was that you requested a 15-min call ahead so your husband could meet us at your home. Our technician was one street away from you and he called. He waited at your home for your husband to arrive. Our tech did a great job according to you. It's a shame you gave him a poor rating for doing exactly what you requested, he was just up the street instead of actually 15-min away. This is a perfect example of how some people can never be satisfied and take it out on the very people that help them."

Instead of trying to talk me into a full service or contract they offered a home kit, which was delivered the same day. The technician who delivered the kit was pleasant and very helpful. He showed me how to use the kit and then did a full free inspection of my home. No pressure or bait-and-switch tactics. The product worked as they described and I'm finally free of these ants! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are good! I had a very large yellow jacket nest inside my wall (2nd floor) They immediately got to work , eradicated the bees with what seemed to be no trouble at all and very little clean up at the end . These guys were very quick and courteous , explained what they were going to do and also how long to wait before repairing the drywall in case any bees came back. They were done in about 1-1/4 hours . I recommend Advanced Pest Control for all people who have a major issue with bees such as we did , It was slightly pricey but overall it is worth it ! Glad I called them!
