When our ceiling collapsed in the living room due to faulty installation from the previous air conditioning contractor, we hired Bruce and his team. They came over the same day and although they could not install a new system the same day, they made plans to come over on Memorial Day and knocked it out in half a day. They completely gutted the prior unit and replaced everything to include duct work. We were unaware of certain state laws concerning the type of ducts but they were upfront with us and empathized with our situation. We did not want to come out of pocket all at once for the work so they even let us finance with them. Very friendly folks who even installed a window unit in our bedroom so we would be comfortable at night until the new unit was ready for pickup and installation. I can't say enough good things about them and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone!

Advanced Texas A/C found that all that the duct work I previously had installed by Bell Air conditioning had not installed using fasteners so that the ducts worked themselves loose from the air handlers and the register boots!! After some years, the ducts and the air handlers had become so filthy they couldn't be cleaned or re-used. Advanced Texas A/C actually removed and replaced all the air handlers and ducts AND installed an new electrostatic filter AND a new UV / Ozone filter for a small amount over what Bell had charged just for their shoddy ductwork they installed a little over ten years ago!! The work performed was excellent. The workers actually cleaned up on-the-go AND after work was completed so there wasn't a mess lying around all day. Now no more air infiltration when the prevailing winds blow in pollution and pollen from the Rio Grande, Gulf of Mexico and from the Rockies, and no more sneezing and watery eyes. I should have done this long ago. I can't thank Bruce Moore and his company Advanced Texas A/C enough for making my "sick' home well!!! BTW, avoid Bell Air Conditioning at all costs!!!
