Overall good job. One small area of the grout is still darker but it was more soiled than the rest so probably just stained. A few soiled areas on one carpet due to cat spit up did not come out but I was told prior to the cleaning that it was not guaranteed to get those spots out.

Mike showed up on time and did a short demo for us. We picked the worst part of the carpet, a very black urine stain from literally years of 'abuse' by a dog whom my Mom, with no sense of smell, said "didn't need to go outside as much as other dogs!" We were sure we would have to get a runner to cover that part of the carpet, even after cleaning. Not so with the equipment and process that Mike used. It came up and he had the job. I would like to get him to Pittsburgh to do our house, but we will have to wait until the price of gas comes down or I can get him some other jobs in the area! Thanks Mike.
