The professionalism and courteous service Max provide was great. The way he explained the issue and what it would take to get the issue resolved was very detailed. I would definitely call on them for service again.

We have a 60 year old property. When the shower backed up, one of our trusted plumbers could not respond quickly & recommended Advanced Plumbing & Rooter Service, so we tried them. They were out the same day. When the rooter service was unsuccessful due to root blockage it was recommended to have the DWV main 4" terracotta pipe replaced using a 'trenchless' system with HDPE pipe. Bill (the owner) was very quick to respond with a bid & had a permit pulled and a crew out almost immediately. They replaced the old pipe & added cleanouts at both ends including the city inspection buyoff in just one day. Great! Oh, but that was not the end of our woes. When looking into the crawlspace we found a pool of water just inside the foundation and discovered there was a broken cast iron gray water fitting that had been leaking for who knows how long. Once again, Bill provided a bid and organized his team to be out quickly. They replaced the entire subfloor cast iron main & connectors with ABS in one day. Advanced plumbing provided us with quick response & service during a difficult time minimizing the discomfort. They provided high quality professional workmanship, and were quite friendly to boot. Maybe not the least expensive out there but with plumbing, you want the job done quickly and done right. So cheers to the team at Advanced.
