Everything that was not properly done was replaced according to code. The problems I had were unknown but explained my experience and were fixed. Very capable and knowledgeable to do excellent work.

I had a great experience with Advanced Plumbing 7 Rooter Service. My garbage disposal was having problems. Max came to inspect it to see if it could be fixed, but he confirmed our fears that the life of the machine had come to an end. Max was able to replace the garbage disposal that same day, so our kitchen was ready for dinner that night. Also, I appreciate that Max put sleeves over his boots before he stepped foot in our home.

Tech did a great job and stayed with the problem until it was fixed. The price of the parts were ridiculously high and not representative of the actual cost of the parts. Overall good job but too expensive for the work done.

Have a contract before you read before the work.

You get what you pay for! Max with Advanced Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough! Went above and beyond in more ways than I can list here. I'm too old to be crawling under the house, but I certainly understood the job he was doing, and his work was amazing! No corners cut to hurry or make it easier. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them, especially for larger, more complicated jobs. Bravo!

The technician Fernando went above and beyond to fix my water filtration system, and it works great. He explained everything to me in a way that I could troubleshoot if something does happen again.

We have a 60 year old property. When the shower backed up, one of our trusted plumbers could not respond quickly & recommended Advanced Plumbing & Rooter Service, so we tried them. They were out the same day. When the rooter service was unsuccessful due to root blockage it was recommended to have the DWV main 4" terracotta pipe replaced using a 'trenchless' system with HDPE pipe. Bill (the owner) was very quick to respond with a bid & had a permit pulled and a crew out almost immediately. They replaced the old pipe & added cleanouts at both ends including the city inspection buyoff in just one day. Great! Oh, but that was not the end of our woes. When looking into the crawlspace we found a pool of water just inside the foundation and discovered there was a broken cast iron gray water fitting that had been leaking for who knows how long. Once again, Bill provided a bid and organized his team to be out quickly. They replaced the entire subfloor cast iron main & connectors with ABS in one day. Advanced plumbing provided us with quick response & service during a difficult time minimizing the discomfort. They provided high quality professional workmanship, and were quite friendly to boot. Maybe not the least expensive out there but with plumbing, you want the job done quickly and done right. So cheers to the team at Advanced.
