This is a great company and I’m very happy with the service they provided. The consultant, Robert P., was very knowledgable and professional. He thoroughly explained the process and what he was doing as he tested my water. I was looking to have an electric tankless water heater installed. Since the electric is not a common install for them, Robert did the research and found the requirements and type of system I needed. I found the pricing to be reasonable and fair. I in no way felt like I was being taken advantage of, like with other companies that quoted me. Getting a tankless was the best decision for me as I love long hot showers. The 30-gal tank I had was not adequate. Plus, the tankless has allowed me to have extra space/storage in a very small home. The tech manager, Casey, was very communicative and proactive. I 100% recommend Advance Water Solutions for tankless installs. I was very happy with the process and my experience. I love my tankless, especially with winter coming. ?

The fact that HomeAdvisor website just ruined my whole experience by this pushy tactic of feedback. Mainly so in the aspect of making me type in this box. The option should be there *if* I wanted to type. But I apparently have to type something in to rate a company.

Informative, did what needed, and professional

We have had our water softener serviced only once since we purchased it but the service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. He took care of the issue and only charged us for the products purchased because our system was only 2 months old. Excellent service!

Jhnny was very personable and honest. My water quality turned out to be good so no water treatment equipment was necessary. He did recommend a particulate filter but, the cost was astronomical compared to what I could install a similar filter myself
