Very pleasant experience

Keith with advance water solutions was awesome! Canâ t say enough great things about him. I more then highly recommend him to install a water softener system in anyoneâ s home! He came to my house and tested the water, gave me what he recommended as well as a quote, I accepted and a few days later he installed the system which took less then an hour, showed me how it works, and now I have soft water that does not smell or leave everything coved in scum.

They were very prompt. From initial call to appointment. Friendly and informative. Had our water filter installed 4 days later

This purchase was easy due to the way I was treated by the Advanced Water Systems team. Keith contacted me shortly after I inquired about water softener systems on HomeAdvisor. We made an appointment for a couple of days afterward. He showed up on time, looked at my existing softener, tested my water, then described the systems he offered and why my old one was in need of replacement. He gave me a quote on the new system and did not pressure me to make a decision. I researched alternative systems and decided to go with the Advanced Water Systems unit. I called Keith on a Thursday and he and his team installed the system on the following Tuesday. I watched the installation and Keith explained each step to me, then showed me how the system functioned and the simple maintenance (adding salt) that I needed to perform. The installation took about 2 hours. I rated the value 4 stars, only because I haven't had the system long enough for my wife to decide if she is happy with the water condition. If she is happy, I am happy.

showed up to site, searched around for place to install water filtration system, left without a work, my wife told me that noone was outside, so I called company and was told that the worker could not find main line and that they needed a special tool for the job and would keep us informed. When they had not called or showed back up within a timly manner, I called them again and was told that they were dropping our job, was to hard for them and they couldn't find proper tool. So we are still lookin for some one to install our whole house water filtration systm.

We got 3 estimates from companies including Culligan. We were so impressed with the demo given by our sales rep and especially since he beat the price of the other 2! We purchased the water softener and the water filter. It was installed in about an hour. No electricity connections needed. We are 100% Satisfied. Our water is soft, our clothes are much cleaner and the horrible smell and taste that we once had is GONE. We know for sure we picked the right company.
