Run run Run from this company as far as possible!!! They sold me an air conditioner unit for a home 1000 sqft more then mine, and now my home smells like wet mold, additionally they did not pull a permit for my installation (a year ago) still no permit! Furthermore, they charged me for a new duct, and never installed it, the installation is terrible, they left metal bars hanging from the upper air unit, foamed my ceiling and duck taped it, we also have mold on the unit it self, additionally my unit has been sucking hot air from my attic, because the technician who originally installed a small furnace in the living room, cut a hole and taped it to the main duct line sucking in the hot air, 6 months ago I contacted the company because my unit was making noises, they never sent anyone, I finally got a hold of the office manager, who sent 2 guys over, these guys did nothing and had no idea, then I had another gentleman, who also looked at it and found a few issues, but nothing was done

Contacted them on a Sunday morning at 9:00â They removed and installed a new unit by 5:00 !

This company is by far the best. We had interviewed 5 companies to replace our entire air conditioning system. One company actually quoted us $1796.00. We are well aware of sales pitches, and got many for this job. We had done our research and were well aware of what the price should be. Derrick the general manager came out and surprisingly I felt comfortable with him. Gut feeling I call it. They not only gave us a good price they came out the very next day and had the job completed that same day. Everyone else was telling 2 or 3 days. Even the workers were great, very polite and went above and beyond to complete their work. My husband and I are thrilled. Air is now running perfect at 3 degrees higher then it was with our old unit. Donâ t get robbed by other companies without first getting a quote from this company

To The General Manager Derick Langford and Roger Field Supervisor, where Fantastic individuals, in that, how they handled the crews. It was a coordinated effort like clockwork. They arrived and immediately begin extracting the old units. They were extremely efficient and were quite Professional. Impressive Personnel under awesome leadership. The workers were courteous, kind, respectful, working confidently and all had their own job assignment, but when advice was needed or help requested all the supervisors/workers where on deck. They were nothing like Bruno which lied to us and has declared Bankruptcy to avoid payment and or litigation. It was a pleasure to work with Roger a Hell of a guy. His Persistent as an Advisor cared for my family Financial situation. Roger came and physically got into Attic to find out exactly what He was up against. A very healthy man that had no problems entering or leaving the attic drawing diagrams, taking photos for detailed work that had to be accomplished. He even checked out my mini-split located outside the window of the Florida room. He had a specialist come to check it out and found the compressor in the mini-split was no longer operating and out of warranty. to replace the unit or compressor would be one half of a New complete Home A/C unit. Now, in short, Roger and Advance Wind Services created a new pathway to ventilate our Florida Room since the mini-split unit was no longer operable. 2 special vents where installed in my dining room pushing the air to my Florida Room. An ingenious concept posed by the skilled person that actually worked out and figuring out what was the best way of cooling down the Florida room with efficiently which is working. Wow! What a professional job they did even rerouting copper lines outdoors to the Attic was the air handler was replaced, to avoid weathering that had occurred to my condenser, by doing this they saved us money and will spare the life of my Air Handler. Roger suggested UV Lights in the Air Handler and Duck work to help destroy the Microorganisms that causing sickness. The air is fresh and the unit is Truly functioning properly. They even rearranged some duck work making the unit more efficient, not being overworked or striving to breathe. After the job was completed they removed the old unit, boxes, and trash from the property and left it the way the found it. What a great job from a Company I find second no none everyone. If I had to recommend an A/C company it would be Advance Wind Services a Heating and Cooling Service you can Trust. Once again, I thank you for being fair and reasonable in price and in understanding our pocket value and your help with that. I decided to get my house ducts cleaned and not living in SW Florida long and having some bad experience with contractors i decided to give Home Adviser a try to find a good one. With in minutes they had me connected with Advanced Wind Services, they came in same day and gave me a estimate and were able to start work next day. Advanced Wind Services cleaned and sanitized all duct work and installed a complete central AC unit the next day in less than 7 hours. The General Manager and crew were professional and very helpful. After work was complete i walked through the house and could not find dust or dirt from cleaning duct work, after installing the AC unit in the attic, they left my garage cleaner than it was before they arrived Five stars for service, being on time and cleaning up after the job. I would highly recommend Advanced Wind Services
