Darius Williams returned to my home for a follow up visit after my plumber completed his work. Again Darius was amazing in the clean up and disinfectant process. He made my crawlspace look like no one was ever down there. Darius is an extremely valuable asset to Frontline and in my opinion should be in a training and leadership position because he is such a professional!

We had an unfortunate plumbing issue that resulted in water damage to the house. We had Frontline out quickly for remediation work to resolve the water issue and prepare for restoration. We have been so impressed with the team. Great guys to work with and the have done a super job. Really appreciated Darius, Jamal, and Josh, who were the team that came out. They showed care and professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Water damage is never a fun experience, but the Frontline team delivered excellent results from start to finish. They also were instrumental in helping me understand a complicated process. Jamal handled the actual restoration work and was prompt, courteous, and very easy to work with. He did a great job cleaning up and thoroughly drying everything out. Jake managed the process overall and was equally great. The whole team has been communicative, responsive, and on top of things throughout. Both Jamal and Jake made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I always felt informed about what was happening and what to expect next. I hope to never have a leak like this again, but if I do, I will absolutely rely on the Frontline team.

The workers who performed the work at my house were very professional and talented. They went above and beyond. If you have a mold issue I would hire Advanta.

Jared came out quickly to give the quote and the job was completed soon after. I have an A-frame, which is a very difficult job, but the crew completed it in 1 day. Affordably-priced also!

Just a tip. They are very professional and I loved the men who did the job however make sure you understand that they are there t remove mold not repair after. I didn’t quite get that and ended up with half a wall on two sides. Have call someone else for repair. My lack of knowledge not their fault.

They did a good job. The person doing the estimate should have included all costs. Before the crew could even start they informed me that a asbestos test had to be done since my home is older. That cost more and held the job up for half a day and would have totally stopped the work if any asbestos had been present. That should have been done earlier.

From initial phone call, throughout the service and even the final billing, AdvantaClean was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and competent. They were not just interested in providing a quick fix, rather they dealt with the root issues to be sure the remediation was complete and the mold problem will not return. I highly recommend them.

From the initial inspection/estimate, to the completion of the work, each and everyone involved was compassionate, dependable, knowledgeable and definitely professional. No matter what my question(s) or concern(s) were, I could call Jesse and/or Jared and they would alleviate my worry or concern by making me knowledgeable of what was happening or ensuring me that my concern(s) would be addressed and thus alleviated. The workers Quab and Nicholas were outstanding. They too were just as sensitive and compassionate to me. I had to leave them in my home because I had to go to work. I instructed them how to close up. They left my home in prestine condition. When I returned home it was as if they were never there because they had cleaned my floors of any and all debris. My home smelt clean and fresh which was a warm and welcoming experience. I had mold in my attic. I've had several companies/contractors/workers in my home over the years and Advanta Clean was superior to them all, especially their customer service. I strongly suggest hiring them. Beware of other companies that want to rid your mold by simply painting over it. Also I had to have my insulation removed and reinstalled because of it being contaminated with the mold sluffing off of my attic ceiling. That too was a pleasant experience.

Representative is knowledgeable, informative, provided a fair estimate which I accepted. He went further in his inspection than my original inquiry and will be correcting ventilation problems to the benefit of my older home.

Contract was signed 6 March, work scheduled for 28/29/30/March.
