I hired Advanta (Tom & Sheri Koppellkam) for a mold problem in my villa. They were very professional and explained options available with an explanation of what each option entailed and pricing for each. They were friendly and helpful, always on time, and finished the job ahead of schedule. They also saved me a minimum of $1,000 over the other bid I received.
