There are not enough stars available to reflect how good this company is. We developed a leak in ceiling below a flat roof with deck. There also were some strange stains and odors. House was for sale and empty as we had moved out of state. We used AdvantaClean on recommendation of realtor. Not only did they come quickly to evaluate and diagnose the problem, they quickly put together a plan to fix rodent damage and separate this issue from separate issue of unrelated roof leakage. They then gave us some excellent referrals and helped coordinate what was needed. They reached out and got rodent control in a week earlier than scheduled. They helped tremendously and their excellent communication was so appreciated since we are now out of state. They literally saved our house sale. Felix maintained close contact with us and had excellent suggestions at every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. 10 stars might be enough!

Felix has done a great job training his crew. My pet peeve is contractors and shoes in my house. I didn't have to say anything, booties came out upon entering my home and they take it off coming in and out of my home. They respect my house and that means a lot to me. He is very fair and backs up his work. I will definitely call him again for anything. Only contractor I have programmed in my phone upon meeting. Thanks Felix!

My mom has very bad asthma and we needed the mildew and mold removed from the basement and the heat ducts cleaned out. We made an appointment with the owner, Felix, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, he walked me through the house and basement to show me exactly where and what needed to be done. He explained in detail exactly what they would do. Anthony came out and did a knockout job. The basement looked clean and sanitized and he showed us pictures of the heating ducts before and after, What a difference! Anthony also told me step-by-step what they were doing while they were doing it and they always wore paper boots in the house to protect the carpet., They did a very thorough job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend AdvantaClean Of Libertyville to others.

Felix and crew did a good job of removing water from my aunt's recently flooded basement. He let us borrow the fans for a few days to make sure the basement was dry. Would call him in the future if we needed him. Thank you!
