We had a pipe burst in our attic during the recent "snowmaggedon" here in Dallas. Chris and team came in from Chattanooga to help out with the overflow of needs in our area. We never had an issue like a pipe burst before so we weren't sure of what to expect from a water mitigation crew. Chris did a great job explaining the process and putting us at ease. His crew came in and were extremely respectful and worked hard. They constantly kept us updated as things were uncovered in terms of how far the water spread throughout the house. They were always conscientious of customers service and getting the job done right, not fast. We knew there were more jobs out there but they made sure to get us fixed correctly before they moved on. That in itself tells us the character of the crew. They will do well as a business.

I was extremely happy with the work and Chris communicated with me at every turn. I had never heard of this company before and will certainly call them again if I need their services.

First, the estimate was free. Chris was very thorough in assessing the mold damage in my sunroom caused by roof leak. He was punctual, and had appropriate equipment to do the job. He did the work in one day. He was friendly and polite. I'm a Senior Citizen and fretted for a while on who to get for this job. You hear of seniors being taken advantage of all the time. No more fretting. Chris and Advantaclean took a load off my mind. #1 in my book!

It was a good experience. With his partner, Chris did the work quickly and well. He answered all my questions, and was polite at all times. Also, he was always punctual.

Chris came out to help me try to figure out an HVAC odor that I was having. I thought that I might have mold and mildew in my ducts. Chris was very thorough and checked out all ductwork and also made sure I was not getting any water in the crawl space. He opened up the main trunk line and showed me that my ducts were clean as a whistle and said that I definitely did not need to have the ducts cleaned. Chris went above and beyond and fixed a leaky air return that he showed me as part of his service. He answered all my questions and he could not have been more customer focused. I would highly recommend AdvantaClean of Chattanooga for any duct services that you need. If you want someone who is extremely knowledgeable and patient with you, don t hesitate to give them a call. It was the best experience I have ever had with any company that has ever come to our home. Job well done!!!
