Jerry Ulberg and his team from AdvantaClean of DuPage County did a great job on our two air duct and ventilation systems. In addition, his team properly connected our dryer vent exhaust and second floor attic bathroom ventilation exhaust system. From start to finish, Jerry and his team took detailed steps to protect our floors, walls and ceilings during the job. Jerry was upfront, honest, respective and trustworthy. Very friendly and professional. Like others, I had a hard time booking through home advisor so I booked directly with them. They were on time and professional. They could have charged for the service but instead he showed me how to do it myself to save us money. Thanks!

The appointment through Home Advisors website didn't work, so I called the company and booked directly with them. When they ran into a problem for my Sat. appointment, the owner came and personally handled my appointment and ran the tests. The company made this arrangement on their own rather than reschedule me since they knew I was limited to just a few open days. They couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Amazing customer service. I also was told I would hear from them within a couple of days when the tests came back. The owner called me when he got the email results knowing I was very anxious and he wanted to give me the good news. We don't have mold. He is going to send me a report as promised, but the phone call was a step he didn't need to take yet did. That's the type of customer service you hope for but never get. In this case, AdvantaClean delivered what they promised and more.

They were very easy to deal with, did the project on time and with no supervision. Very pleasant and efficient.

They came and removed the mold, this allowed us to proceed with the closing of the home. They did what they said they would and we were able to sell!
