The supervisor was present for the entire job and was extremely responsive to insure every element of the work was performed to our satisfaction. They arrived when committed, completed the work by the committed time, and performed all the work as agreed. They were very easy to work with. I even received a concerned follow up call two days later following a very heavy rain.

The office quoted me $180 over the phone and I scheduled the appointment. When the serviceman showed up he said "you have a nice house" and he would put together an estimate(?!?). He said it would cost $389 for basic duct cleaning and proceeded to show me some additional options at 3 and 4 times the rate the office quoted me. I don't understand the disconnect between the office and the field and it's not my problem. I was frustrated that the technician wouldn't honor the office's quote so I asked him to leave.

As others said they responded quickly. They came out , inspected my home and found mold. It was explained to me where it was and what they would do in detail. They gave me a quote which was reasonable. They were here when they said they would be. Throughout this process they have been very friendly as well as professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. They do good work. When they are done, you know it's done right. If I have any more issues in my house they are the ones to call.

John was friendly and professional. He made absolutely no mess at all. There was a noticeable improvement in the air quality. Everything went just as he said. The length of time it took, the price and the lack of disruption to the house. ( I had 5 house guests staying with me during the cleaning process and it was not as big of a deal as I had anticipated. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
