Dan arrived on time. He was professional, friendly and i would highly recommend this company for Air duct cleaning and mold remediation. The Technician thoroughly inspected my furnace and air conditioner for mold. He detected the reason for the mold. There was blockage in our buildings main drain plugging up our units drain. We found one area of mold, but the problem was more extensive than seen. They responded quickly to look at it and investigate the extent of the spread with visual inspection and using a moisture meter and thermal scan. They did not test the mold, but did the work to remove it. They advised us of the work we could do safely to clear items from the room to reduce the labor cost. The whole job took multiple visits to give the estimate, start the work and complete the job because the room needed to be sealed off before flooring and sheetrock were removed, the area scrubbed and dehumidifier and fan left running for multiple days to eliminate the moisture. They hauled away all of the materials removed. The staff was on time and polite.

Very Responsive. Very trustworthy and fair. The scope of our project increased from the time of our quote and when the crew arrived for removal. They were beyond fair in handling the change of work. I hope I don't have to remove mold again, but if I do I'm just going to call Erik and have him send out a crew. I'm confident he will be fair and honest!

They did a great job and were very pleasant to work with.

I called and asked for help at 9 PM one night and the crew was on site and hard at work by noon the next day. Erik and his team were professional and hard working. It was a tremendous relief to know they would take care of the problem. They even pulled the contaminated carpeting out of the basement windows rather than risk spreading the mold in the upper household. Great team - would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I thought they did a very good job. They showed up on time. Did what they said they were going to do in the time frame they gave. Answered all the questions I had. Showed & explained to me what they did. Cleaned up everything & left in the same condition or better than when they arrived. Very curtious service. A very good experience. Especially when dealing with the stress of water & mold damage.

Eric and Zach are very knowledgeable and have great concern for their customers and their property. Zach came do provide an estimate, he was very thorough to allow for a complete and accurate bid. Zach and his team protected the area where they were working, his entire team was kind and courteous and worked very hard. Once the work was complete they cleaned up and you did not know they were even there. Eric the companies owner actually visited the morning the project and within 2 days from completion I received a handwritten thank you from Eric, what customer service.

Erik did a great job taking care of our basement after we had a sump pump failure. He contacted us right away and came over with all the needed equipment to get everything dried out. He was very friendly and attentive. He made the process much easier by explaining the equipment set-up and how everything would work. As new homeowners, it was a relief to find a company that is experienced, efficient and trust-worthy. We are grateful for the excellent service and will definitely recommend Erik and his team!
