The two men were professional, personable, thorough. They put both washer & dryer back in place, cleaned up. They answered any questions I had. I will definitely recommend AdvantaClean.

The two men that performed the vent cleaning was not only very professional, but very personable and returned the washer and dryer to the correct position. They also cleaned the area where they worked very well. We could not be more pleased with the service and our dryer is performing much better. I highly recommend these professionals.

The workers were pleasant and encouraged confidence. However, on two vents, sloppy scoring and dirt smudges marred work that otherwise appears to be satisfactory.

Schedule during a warm season. The door must be open a small amount and during cold weather the house can become very cold.

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
We received a call on the day they were to provide service indicating they were on a job that would take longer than expected so could they come the next morning. We understand things happen and were glad to accommodate, not a problem. However, the wrapping of the vent hose was done with inappropriate tape that did not properly seal the vent so upon using the dryer, lint was able to escape into the laundry area. My husband and son redid with tape designed for such a project. Of course that meant additional costs to us - not huge mind you but more nonetheless.

I was very glad we had our dryer cleaned. It can be a fire hazard and lint was caked in the back of our dryer since I had not had it cleaned in 8 years.

Likable, acted professionally, and got to work right away. The person hired to do the job had car trouble so someone else had to fill in and they arrived two hours late.
