As a first time home owner, I freaked out when a pipe leaked and damaged my house. I was greatly relieved when I spoke with Joe Matubas about the problem because he came up with a reasonably priced solution.. He explained everything in detail, was on time and even reached out to my insurance company so I could be reimbursed. He got back to me right away and even suggested a reasonably priced plumber to fix the leak. Iâ m so relieved and grateful!

Very professional and the team helped us out when we had a very tight timeline, we had a hot water pipe burst and soaked our laminate flooring and walls, AdvantaClean responded quickly and we were able to move on to the remodeling to restore our house. Thank you again for a job very well done!

This was such a positive experience. Joe Mabutas and the crew were knowledgeable hard working and polite. The price was more than fair. And they left the place clean which was important to me as living alone and a senior I canâ t do all of that. I recommend Avantaclean from Tracy Ca highly. You canâ t go wrong!!

Hi highly recommend Advantaclean. They performed water mitigation services for me after a pipe broke in the bathroom & flooded several rooms. They are friendly, quick to respond, fairly priced, worked directly with my insurance adjuster, and we're very helpful in suggesting a construction company to perform the work needed to put everything back together again.
