Very detailed in regards to the process and what it would entail. Stellar professionalism from the Business Development Representative, their office manager and the Technician who completed the Mold Remediation. The technician was focused and gave us updates regarding what he was doing. We would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Very professional and thorough. However, we were unaware of how many of our things couldn't be cleaned and had to go until the guys got here and began telling us all the things that couldn't be cleaned and had to be disposed of. We were a bit shocked at the time, wish we had been made aware at the time of the estimate. We called and asked them about some of our things, and they managed to save some, which we were able to pick up. I would recommend to anyone using this service that they ask specifically about any and all items in the affected mold area that can and cannot be salvaged, and be prepared to know what you're willing to part with if it cannot be cleaned.
