Have been using Advantage Appliance for many years...wonderful customer service, affordable and honest. Needed to find out if my moms old washer was repairable. Kevin responded to my call very quickly and came out the next day and was able to repair at a reasonable cost. This is the only business I would use for repairs on my appliances. I highly recommend!

The tech is very professional. He was able to pull up the wiring diagram on his Ipad. Located the problem and gave me my options.

I have used Kevin and the company for many past services but most recently for the dryer. Kevin was able to buy me more time with it and was able to do a small repair and keep it going a lot longer. The company am always looks for the best cost efficient way to go about doing the repair. Always honest and teaches me a lot about what was causing the appliance/machine to malfunction and how he repaired it.

I have used Advantage Appliance multiple times. Great communication. When contractors call me back, they have won half the battle and Advantage Appliance always texts/calls back. I really appreciated the owner talking to me directly. He was up-front and honest about the work and the likelihood of success. Well worth the service-call fee and the final cost. It's good to have an honest, intelligent guy to call to fix appliances. I hate how short appliances last these days.
