Corky and crew did a beautiful job on our beach home renovation. He and his crew were kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We enjoyed getting to know all of them and would definitely use them again. We are grateful for the time they dedicated to our project. We love our newly renovated home-away-from-home.

Corky is a master of the craft and can do just about anything that needs doing. I have worked with him for years, on numerous houses, all aspects. I ask him for estimates, which he does a great job with, so I know what I am in for and can plan the project, but then he just bills me as he goes, with a fair rate for each worker and himself, and otherwise I just directly reimburse him for materials. Yes, I trust him that much. What a pleasure to do business with someone you can rely on. Check out the deck overlooking the park at 11 Wayne Dr, which I used to own, and which Corky completely transformed. That deck is more than a decade old by now but still looks amazing.

They did a good job for a good price.

I've used Corky (Clark Gilbert) and his crew for many major and minor projects over the last 15 years or so. Both large and small projects as well as custom work. Most important to me is his honesty. I trust him to work at my home alone without hesitance. I will continue to use his services and will continue to recommend Advantage Construction to others. He recently just installed a new floor joist in my neighbors home, and did a very professional, corrective repair on their kitchen floor.
