As I live out of state, I had my Property Management company inform me that my rental property garage door required replacement for ~ $1800. This was not including/addressing the heave in the garage concrete floor, which it turns out will need to be removed/replaced for a new steel garage door to be installed. Ken reviewed the situation onsite, and was able to complete a very quality repair of the existing garage door for roughly 1/3 the price of a new door, and I do not presently need to replace the concrete floor - a HUGE savings. Plus, Ken charged me less than his original quote, as actual costs were less - that just doesn't happen anymore ! Ken is a quality contractor, licensed/insured, intelligent, cost effective, and honest. You have to hire Ken and his team ! Curt

Ken and Nate encounter issue with garage door that is too close to the ceiling and took them all day to modify rails so the track can go in between. He didn't charge me extra and I paid the same price that he quoted.

ken and nate were great. they gave a fair quote even on a special order of frosted glass and matched the color pf my house. they efficiently installed the door showed me how to operate the controls, they also showed me how to take care of the spring so it doesn't dry out. I thought they did a great job

Ken is the owner and Nate is his son. They have been doing this for the past 13 years. Kens communication, price and on time service are the best three things people look for in home updating. They put in a garage door opener where there wasn t one before. They showed up on time, and got right to it. 2.5 hours later they were done and it looks great, is quiet, and they did everything but hold my hand pressing the buttons. I highly recommend Advantage Garage Door repair for all your garage door needs. Oh and Ken helped me fix a gate that was stuck closed, BONUS!!!
