Mr. Jones arrived exactly when he said he would. He also made the call in the evening so I did't have to take off work. He inspected my furnace and not only did not confirm what another heating company told me I needed done, he showed me why it didn't need done. I had called Advantage Heating as a second opinion on a very expensive furnace repair. He was not aware of this when he arrived so he was not deprecating another company. As a result of his honesty & integrity (not taking advantage of a situation in which he could have made money) he is my new source for this type of repair. Lastly, his charges were less than the other company.

Chris was on time, very courtious and went above just routine maintenance with his advice to get the most out of our heating and cooling units.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Advantage. Best price and the work was done in a timely manor. The technician was on time and finished the job when he said he would, he also cleaned up after himself and disposed of the replaced unit. Good Job!
