Brandon also replaced rotten trim around windows and rebuilt our porch banister. He is very meticulous and detail oriented. He is very patient and easy to work with. He not only takes direction well but offers his own ideas and expertise to the project he is working on. Brandon, the owner, was very patient with us. He listened attentively and produced a deck and concrete patio that we absolutely love. He worked with our city building permit office and other companies that came to install windows and gutters for us. He made sure our yard was cleaned up each night to protect our dogs. His craftsmanship is detailed and sound. He added touches that really made our deck stand out. Brandon reported to us each day on what he was working on, answered our questions with honesty and accepted our criticism with ease. He stepped in when we could not get a concrete person to lay cassons and a patio and did it himself. Our house has not looked this good in years. We are ecstatic! We plan to use Advantage Home Services on other projects in the near future. Advantage Home Services took the worry out of our home project. We highly recommend this company.
