Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
He asked for a check for the materials which I provided. He then pushed back my start date from 1/4 to 1/7 b/c he said the gravel vendor wouldn't be open during the 1st week of the yr. Then I was told on 1/7 that the gravel was delayed and a delivery would be available 1/9 which meant he could start 1/10. I was then told that the delivery didn't make it 1/9 so he would like to start 1st thing 1/11 and he would complete the job on 1/11 and 1/12. He stated that his goal was to have the entire thing completed on 1/11 if he could. He showed up on 1/11 w/ part of my supplies and did 2 hrs of prep work and l left. He said he will return 1/14. "We had a delay with the vendors but started as soon as we could get the materials.We were ready to complete with the project the next day as agreed but the customer decided to do it herself. We had the delivery ready to go when they told me that its already been delivered. What am i suppose to do? I cant stop the reviews from posting but understand there was nothing wrong with this install just a vendor issue with not having the materials. i have run into this more often since they order only the amount they think they need and we get the blame."

Was very friendly and appeared knowledgeable. Was having personal problems which effect his schedule and proformance. Not a good excuse.. Did not keep us informed of schedule. Was to finish at 1 pm. We drove 45 minutes to inspect work. At 1 pm he was not close to finishing. We left at 3 pm and paid him in full ( a mistake) assuming he would complete work satisfactory. Completed trimming and added mulch.,but did not clean up. My wife and I spend an hour pick up plant clipping that was not picked up. Mulch scattered over plants and outside planting beds. Would not recommend

"On this project and with any project the person who is at the original estimate is the one who we abide by. After the job was complete His wife started to change things and add on after the quote was given. This created a conflict with what was noted at the initial estimate. As far as time I will admit that sometimes it may take longer to complete a task due to vendor issues,mechanical or employee drawbacks. As far as the work to be done all tasks were complete although much more could of been done but we were under the impression that all tasks were completed based on the original estimate contact."

AFter one month the job is incomplete, he was prompt to cash my check but it has taken more than one month to deliver, horrendous service, do not recommend to anybody, I recommend you drop it from you list of providers

Did not order enough material ie.. timbers, rebar, mulch. Did not complete all tasks as agreed too. Clean up was terrible, owener had to bring another contractor to powerwash to clean up after the landscaping.

I think the job was done ok. I wasn't really wowed by it as I thought I would be. Most of the flowers I agreed to were not used so I was somewhat disappointed but it looks okay. I grew to like it. At least it looks better than what it used to look like.

Scott did an excellent job, fast and efficient. The plants look great and the sprinkler system is now working the way it should. I do have to move a couple plants to suit myself, but overall the effect is wonderful. I would hire him again if I need more work done.

Scott was extremely professional! He showed up on time and was prepared to give an estimate. He was able to locate our address which is apparently not easy to do! Scott was not scared off by the rather large rattlesnake that greeted him at the end of the driveway! The snake is still alive, he didn't kill him! Lastly, he was dressed appropiately to give an estimate. I would definitely recommend Advantage Landscape!
