Tech was pleasant and friendly. I thought he nailed my problem. Within 3 days of repair, I had the same problem all over again. It's like the thing was never worked on. The company says that they will come back out to complete my repair .

. He shows up and looks at the dishwasher. Messes around for a while and says it could be a number of different things. Didn't even pull the dishwasher out. If I pay to have my car diagnosed, it is diagnosed. I would beware of this "repair" company and would recommend that ServiceMagic.com not refer anyone else to this "pro".

"A dishwasher does not need to be "pulled out" to diagnose a problem. An experienced repairman recognizes that a number of problems can all have the same symptoms and tries to educate the customer to that fact."

The worst experience we have ever had with a repair service. The tech was extremely rude to my wife and left a mess. He did not put panel back on our refrigerator correctly, leaving it for me to do. They demanded we pay everything up front before they did anything. We were worried they would not show back up but fortunately they did come out with the part. The tech acted like he was doing a favorite installing it for us. You expect better service than this for your $300. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!. You will regret it. An extremely dissatisfied customer.

Steve Gaglio did a great job fixing our Whirpool washer in no time. He was prompt, personable and very knowledgeable. He gave us valuable suggestions and information about other aspects of our house plumbing as well. Finally, he was very patient and accomodating regarding our schedule to set up the home service call. A+ all the way around.
