I had a problem opening my automatic garage door, so I went online to see if I could get service, your website recommended 3 repair/service companies. I called Advantage Overhead Door Serives with Carl Rodman, he responded immediately. I told him of the problim I was having and he said to call him that he would walk me through the problem, when I got home (I was at work when I called). He spent, oh, I don't know how long on the phone with me to correct the problem, but we both got through it and I can't tell you how pleased I am with Carl, I would recommend him to everyone. I speak about the incident often and can't tell you the response from people is amazing. Thank you again for your help.
