CLARITY! I feel that sometimes you may not feel as though something should charge or cost as much as stated but as long as a business is clear with you up front instead of surprising you at the end of the project then you usually feel more comfortable with what may see ridiculous. I wish I was informed upfront that I would have to pay for the guy to drive to my house as that ended up being 1/3 (one third) of my overall cost. Nine miles, 575/mile = 5.175. A drive that is literally 15 minutes. I was charged $50. I feel that should be disclosed upfront. Poor customer service.
