Once the rain stopped, they sent a crew out immediately to repair a tile roof leak. Work was completed the same day by a respectful and highly capable crew. From the initial inspection/estimate, Steve was very responsive, keeping us updated on the timing and completion of the job. Highly recommend this roofer.

Ray was very sensitive to the urgency of my project because there was literally a waterfall coming from my second story window with the rain and the forcast for the coming days is lots of rain! He came the next morning after I contacted him. He was very nice to me and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had his guys start working on it right away and even sent me pictures of the problem.

They did not keep the appt or even call to cancel. You can't take this type of company serious. Is their work this unreliable and could one really feel comfortable about what they say they will do compared to what they actually do?

I had other businesses that came and told me a I needed a new roof on my patio for 4000! They came out, found the problem, sealed the roof and repaired my gutters for less than 500! no leaks and a patio I can actually buy nice furniture for and enjoy!

Said he couldn't repair the leaky roof - wanted to replace the whole thing instead of an 8' x 8' area. Recommended we at least replace the facia board and soffits, which we did. We decided to get a second opinion on the roof repair. The second company did fix the leak and did a great job. He also noted the materials used by this company were sub-par.
