Kevin arrived at my home and conducted the estimate for my roof repair. He was and is very professional and knew exactly what was causing my roof to leak and explained in detail what had happened. Mike and his sons are the team that repairs the roof, they are professional, courteous and work like hell. I mean they work like there's no tomorrow. Not only do they do good work in repairing the roof, they pick up every shingle that has fallen to the lground around my property. Mike was to replace my swamp cooler and when he went to Lowes where I purchased the cooler from it was damaged. Mike negotiated a new upgraded swamp cooler for me at a lower price. He didn't have to do that, but that was how they take care of their customers. They are a great professional team that cares about their work and their customers.

Clean up after the job was so thorough, when we arrived home at night (we were gone while job was done) we were not sure the job had been started or completed. When I went up a ladder the next morning, the job was done and done well. They also sealed a skylight which had been leaking every time it rained. It has rained hard several time since the sealing and no leaks whatsoever. The quality of work is so good and Kevin is so honest that we will be hiring him to do a remodel job in our bathroom--another business which he owns.

The clean up after the job was completed was so thorough that when we arrived home (we were away while the work was being done) we thought the job had not even started. The next morning I climbed up a ladder to see if the roof had been repaired and it had. They also sealed off a leaky skylight which has not leaked again in spite of several hard rains since it was repaired. Because of the quality of work and Kevin's honesty, we plan to hire him to remodel our bathroom which is a separate business venture of his.

I called for an appointment to come look at the roof. An appointment was set that was very convenient for me and within a few days of calling. A repair estimate was received within 48 hours and work began within 1 week of estimate approval. The job was completed quickly and professionally with little to no inconvenience. The price was excellent and better than most other estimates. The timeframe to begin work was well ahead of all other contractors reviewed. I have experience in the building trades and was very pleased with the quality of work and the workers. Some suggestions were made by the contractor that saved money and time without compromising quality of work. It was refreshing to work with a contractor that didn't try to retire from the fees from one job. The price was fair for the work performed. I work as an inspector for home insurance loos repairs and have had the pleasure of inspecting repairs made by this contractor, in the past. Any inspection I have ever done where this company performed the work has always been done complete, professional, on time and to the satisfaction of the various homeowners. My repair was not due to an insured loss, but was paid out of pocket. I strongly feel that it was fair money spent for a job well done. I would highly recommend this contractor.
