Replaced part in under counter refrigerator. Started cooking again but the next day, no longer cooling. Had to come out again. Service and parts were $450. Certainly have not received what I expected yet.

My oven began smoking from the top back. I knew it was computer related, but had no idea how to fix it or what it would cost. The guy was a day late (!) and then guessed at the problem according to my description of the problem. Ordered guessed parts and then showed up late evening. Began taking out the coils on the inside until I asked him what he was doing and made him stop. I told him again that it came from the back and I pulled out the range. He then made a call to order a motherboard, but didn't add in the connecting wires until I told him that I thought it might need new wires, too. It was ridiculous that I was having to tell him exactly what to do and when to stop. BTW, it's less expensive to purchase a new range top when the computer burns out.

Technicians very professional, but friendly as well

Had to come back 2 x's Replaced switch 1st time at a cost of $246.00 Did a load of laundry that evening & it still would not drain & spin. He can back next day & had to replace the dial setting for additional $160.00.

Thought it was nice and easy from start to finish. Could trust them to do work when I wasn't there

Tech arrived within promised window, was knowledgeable and efficient, offered some options and quoted prices for each recommendation. Did not have replacement board on hand, which is understandable given there are so many brands and models. We paid for the service call and bought new from a retail store; delivery from there was available on Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss work for second service call...

They showed me what to do if the problem arose again. The even left me a tool to do so. Wow. Nice guys. I can't say enough about these guys.

Daniel came to fix my washer. It was leaking water into the pan. He replaced the seal around the door leaving a pan full of water under the washer instead of sucking it out with his shop vac. He charged me $250. still had the same problem so I called them back and asked for someone else to come and fix it. The owner came and fixed it in 15 minutes. I didn't think at the time e to ask for an adjustment in the cost!

Jay was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional. So far so good with the washer! I think the cost was a little bit expensive since I know the cost of the parts but overall it was a pleasant experience
