The initial contact was great. The price looked good. Unfortunately once work started , the GC rarely if ever stopped by to look at the work of the trades. He did not manage the schedule. He had several projects going on at the same time, and he used the same crews to work on all projects, which left us without a crew for days. Most of the subcontractors were good. They all complained that the GC was not paying them. I paid the GC on the scheduled draw and even additional. I ended up cutting our project short and finishing the job ourselves. I have tried to contact him several times to get him to fix things that were not working, and he refuses to take my call or respond to emails. I would not recommend them. It was a big missed opportunity, since the project ended up quite beautiful in the end, but he cant take credit for it.

My bathroom remodel was done in a week and was well done except one thing left for us to do. I paid labor for kitchen remodel that was never done. Kept asking when, kept getting put off. contract signed in March. It is now July 6 and no word from contractor. Doesn't answer phone or texts and emails all bounce back. I stupidly paid for labor not keeping track of what I paid. Now have paid for all but 10% of the contract and have no work done in kitchen at all. Lynn Wess is a disabled veteran...I thought I could trust him!!!

Wess was great until he had our deposit had a contract to be finished by second week of December did some painting all was possible until he had our second payment for the cabinets and the countertop would not answer his phone still wont as I sit in my unfinished kitchen the second week of march getting all of it finished ourselves would not recommend this company to do any work of any kind Thankfully the cabinet man came for measurement and Wess did not show up so we were able to pay him for the cabinets as Wess would not. I would not recommend this CLOWN to do any work for you if you need it to get completed. Checked him out with references and seemed to be trustworthy Not the case at all disappointed is an understatement

This project was started in November and was to be finished December 13th, it is now March 13th and we have taken it upon ourselves to finish our project we have no cabinets countertops and a half-done paint job. This man has not done his job at all, he has lied to us about getting cabinets built and countertops ordered. We called the countertop company where he supposedly put a deposit for our countertops and they did not even have any records of him or an order for the project. He has been paid $29,000 and we got 1 wall moved and a paint job-- that was so terrible we had to hire someone to repaint. when requesting a refund he proceeded to block any phone numbers related to this project for us. We are now turning this situation over to our attorney

He would not admit that he cause a gas leak in my home , which I had to get and pay for another plumber to fix the gas leak. Runs in the polyurethane on our new kitchen cabinets from three different painters. That sprayed polyurethane on our new appliances and countertops. And he would not finish the job even after he received 96% of the money

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

Wess was an absolute joy to work with! He was always a phone call away and checked in on the project frequently!

They were efficient and communicated well about updates. My wife and I were very satisfied.

The company was professional, friendly and have great customer service. They completed the job in the time quoted to me. The owner went over the job and quote.

We are in the process of selling our home and had multiple roomdms needing touch up painting. We took samples in for matching and unforunately they did not match well which meant we had to repaint all affected rooms which was very stressful as we were already showing the house. Aegis Alliance reached out, listened to our story, got someone out to us next day and had all the painting done in one day! Very good work, very friendly and respectful, highly reccomend!

Wess was open and forthcoming on what they could do and how quickly it would be done. He was also helpful in the paint selection. His crew was timely onsite every day and Wess and his team were available for daily updates. I would recommend them highly.

I have to chose the materials myself, so it wasn't a full service. Although, everything went well. Overall, it was a great experience.

Wess was quite the gentleman and very experienced, he even helped with picking out backsplash and flooring options. His crew was quick to work and he checked in very regularly which I appreciated. Iâ m pleased with the updates and will definitely hire him and his team for my next renovation project!
