THE INSTALLATION WAS GREAT BUT I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT OR A BUSINESS CARD. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, I LEFT THEM 2 MESSAGES BECAUSE I WAS HAVING A SMALL ISSUE AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. ONCE THEY INSTALLED MY SECURITY SYSTEM, THEY WERE GONE. POOF.

We had a miscommunication over the appointment time at first. After a quick call, it was reset for the next day. We were going to repair our system, but, ultimately upgraded it instead. The technician, Jesse, was very knowledgeable, respectful, and, effecient. I recommend this company. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. They gave us options and prices, and, let us decide which way we wanted to proceed, without pressure!

Aegis response was absolutely great. Technician was at our home to repair our system within 1 hour. Unfortunately Tech was not able to repair/replace front door contact and we had to settle for a wireless contact which is a bit unsightly. Otherwise great response!!

Call them three times and I had to pursue them so I only gave 4.33 Needed it set up with PC so you could view recording
