I had an existing pond from another landscaping company that was leaking I called 3 other landscaping companies that specialize in ponds none of them called back I called Hector once and he was at my house within 48hrs. Said he can fix my existing pond I told him I want bigger he mapped out the pond of my dreams. His guys started the job and didnâ t leave until job was done. We even had a very small problem within 48hrs Hector had guys fix problem. His guys were very respectful they were always in masks even tho I didnâ t care if they were. They cleaned up everything then next day Hector came by showed us how to run everything then he walked around yard making sure the waterfall sound was perfect from all spots in yard also gave us web site to get our koi. He does offer financing so you can get a nice pond and not having regrets on not getting what you want. We even had neighbors come by now they want pond by Hector. We couldnâ t be more happier no regrets. James D.

Friendly company from the young lady that answers the phone to Hector and then the crew that worked on our waterfall. Always tried to accommodate our needs and time frame - quality of work is excellent but most importantly the guys working on the project respect your property - when they leave you won't know they were there - we have many plants on our waterfall and they have never destroyed any of them. The work was done with professionalism and knowledge. They went above just a pond cleaning. They reset old stone supports and tiers and checked the entire liner edge for slippage. I am extremely happy.

Hector spent time with us explaining all aspects of ponds and how to maintain them. His passion about ponds was the deciding factor to have him design ours. We were so pleased with the outcome that we had him create a stone patio to accent our pond. Once completed, we had them build a partial seat wall which further enhanced our pond. We were very happy with the work of Aerate-1 and highly recommend them.

they got the job done in two days which was great.... but for what i paid for it it didnt get enough rock and i think it need more style to it ..they need to be more creative with the rock and more bigger pieces of rock.. 10 thousand was alot of money ..didnt get a bang for my buck

Stands behind his work pretty well and does a great job.

I had a leak emanating from behind my puro-fall area. Aerate removed stones from stream area and broke large slate base, which they replaced. Removed old stream liner. Installed new stream liner and replaced old screws on bio-fall opening and siliconed. Originally was told it would take 3 men 6 hours to complete the job. I questioned the validity of 3 vs. 2 men when I was told the charge would be $70/hr/person. The men did not seem knowledgeable about pond work. Difficult to communicate with them, lack of English. The owner was hard to get a hold of. The total cost was $1,966 and the leak is still there.

Hector was always willing to listen to what I wanted, and he had great suggestions. He has great ideas, and is very creative and personable. His workers are very proud of what they do also. They worked on my pond and did stone work for my patio as well. He took a problem I was having (the patio was sinking) and he solved the issue and it was wonderful; he used some of the materials I already had and turned it into something beautiful. I plan on working him again.
