Aerial Advantage Property services is a Home and Property Inspection service company with locations in Southeast Iowa and Lake of the Ozarks Missouri Veteran owned and operated. I am Certified by InterNACHI, (INTERNATIONAL Association of Certified Home Inspectors) As well as the, ICA ( International Certification Association) I’ve always been the “Gadget Guy” in my family, so I have an almost obsessive appreciation for technology, My Vision is to utilize the Very latest technology to streamline the Home Inspection Process without compromising the integrity and quality of your inspection. From Booking your inspection, right down to the report you receive, and how it can be used for as long as you own your home. Purchasing or selling a home is a very exciting time in one’s life. They were quick to respond and they were available to get the job done quickly. They were very thorough and answered my questions about the inspection. We paid the extra for the air quality inspection to go with the house inspection and it was worth it! It revealed some things that the normal inspection didn't reveal. So we had a very clear understanding of what would needed to be done if we bought the house.

Mike is great. I needed an inspector rather urgently and he did not make me wait. My client could not arrive early so he waited with me till my buyer got off his guard duty. Nice. We hired Mike to inspect a chimney repair job. The price was affordable and he was very prompt - producing a report, complete with pictures and a drone video within days. The video turned out to be the biggest hit, as it gives us a view of the house from above which none of us had ever before experienced. It's basically a silent color movie starring my mother, her yard worker, her neighborhood, and of course, Mike - the drone pilot. Quite a treat to own!

He was able to conduct the inspection within a few days based upon our availability and we had the report within 24 hours of the inspection. He met with me to review the report and point out anything he noted within the report. He is very nice person and did a great job with the inspection.

The drone images were awesome, the report was thorough and easy to read, and he took the time to answer all my questions.
