Left VM for repair of blind (which has been repaired at least 3 times) on 9/26. After I called THEM re: why I had not gotten a service call yet, they (Kaitlin) called and said first appt was 10/29. This is terrible warranty service. Check other blind and window covering companies first and be sure to discuss their repair service response, Aero is terrible!

They ask for more down than I am willing to pay. 75% is too much for a down payment in my opinion. I can see 50 or 60 percent down but no more. Thankfully they worked with us on this issue. I am guessing on the quality of workmanship because we have not received the drapes but just hired them. We are very satisfied to this point and the quality of fabric is very good and the sales person is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This project was to design and install 4 rooms and 7 windows with blinds/shades, curtains and cornices. The results were perfect...Joyce Walker had the patience and creativity to give each room it's own personality! She was able to incorporate my husband's as well as my ideas! The colors and fabrics could not have been chosen with more care and fit the room and our furnishings to a tea. Although the process took several months it was worth the wait. I would recommend Joyce and Aero to anyone!

My experience with Kelly Mattson from Aero Drapery was extremely positive, she took the time to talk through all options, she was not rushed and I appreciated her open and honest suggestions. She shared considerations that I would not have thought of. She showed me many different samples, she was organized and very professional. I would recommend Aero to anyone!

There was an issue with measurement that caused a delay in the work being completed. This mistake was promptly taken care of. I am very satisfied with the service, workmanship, and installation. I would highly recommend Aero Drapery. The manager that I dealt with was fantastic and willing to make it right!

The quality of the blinds are fantastic, however, it has took over 100 days for the blinds to be installed. The first install was completed with the wrong valance and were missing one large valance. We were told it was a Hunter Douglas mistake. The second attempt they had the correct valance but once again one was missing and one was damaged. Third attempt 1 smalI piece of the valance was missing. The installer was great and the service was was average but it has took almost 4 months to get simple wood blinds installed. Aero places the blame on Hunter Douglas. I am not sure who is to blame.
