First everyone else I contacted for the survey I got excuses and the price was too high and once I located this company I got the work done within a few days. He kept the price he quoted, he is very good and trustworthy.

Buyer Beware! We needed someone to do a topographical survey. We paid Robert on October 20, 2021 at Aeromatic Tech for the entire cost. Per our contract we were informed that services would be performed in 10 - 15 business days. As of today January 27,2022 we have not received a survey that the city will accept due to them having an issue with their certification. Home Advisors has been unable to assist in providing us with a refund or with contacting the business Aeromatix Tech LLC.

This company is a train wreck. I hired them in October to do two surveys, and paid in advance. They responded immediately to get the work and payment, and stated the work would be done in 10-15 business days. It is now middle of January, and I have hired an attorney and a different surveyor to help me with this disaster. DO NOT HIRE.

Caution this company is a scam! Home advisor recommended them to me. I payed $1.300 deposit for a survey that I never got. After giving them the deposit I never heard from them again. I have made many phone calls and I have sent out many texts. But they do not return calls. I have reported them to the contractors board who is going to investigate them. And the Better Business Bureau. I should have had read the reviews first before hiring them and I would have noticed a pattern of complaints similar to this one. Shame on home advisor for recommending them.

BEWARE! He came to my property and surveyed. He was very nice and I had pre-paid, but I have never received my paid-for elevation certificate! I have left him repeated messages and emailed and he does not respond or ever answer his phone. Maybe he will respond to this review and make this right because Im out $400 and considering other options.

We contracted with this company through Robert on 10/18/21. We were to the survey would be 7 - 10 days out. His crew came out twice. We have not received our survey yet nor does Robert return calls, texts, or emails. Of course, he had us pay in advance so we are out over $500 with nothing to show for it.

I hired them, they are now two weeks late in supplying the completed survey report. I have been calling, texting, and emailing over the last two weeks and they are not returning any form of communication. I have contractors waiting to file permits on projects, which I have explained to them. Extremely frustrating situation.

Initially, I was very happy as they were able to do the survey quickly and it was completed on 10/16. I was assured via email that I would have the results by 10/25. Robert was initially very responsive to my calls and emails. When I had not received my survey by 10/27 I left a message, sent a text and an email, and did not receive a response to any of them. I called the company number and spoke to someone who assured me that I would have the survey both via email and a hard copy via regular mail by Tuesday 11/2. I have not received the survey as of today which is 11/4. I attempted to call Robert and reached voice mail. I have sent an email and a text and am hoping for a response today. I called the office and the voice mailbox was full. This is very disappointing especially since payment was made in advance of the service.

Robert King was awesome! Many thanks to you and your team. I had no idea where to start. Robert and the survey crew made the journey easy, affordable, and professional. I called multiple companies and honestly, Robert was the first to even ask my name. KUDOS GUYS!

We needed an elevation certificate in a week. These guys came out the day I called them and I had the elevation certificate 3 days later. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Fast and courteous service.

Aeromatix was a great company to work with from beginning to end. I had an urgent need for an elevation certificate and they were able to expedite and provide it a day before I truly needed it. Robert King was very responsive to each of my inquires and really put my mind at ease with his expertise. It is rare to find a company that is able to work with a condensed timeline and also being informative along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone with surveying needs (including my friends/family).
